This week noneck and I did a show together. He has a penchant for what I call “boy music”: reggae, ska and punk (hip hop is not, however, boy music). This is evident in my set list below. I star noneck’s selections. Feel the testosterone.

* 06:54 PM- elvis costello / my funny valentine [taking liberties] on the columbia label. Elvis’s voice sounds like velvet here. Love it.

Then I promptly got a call from a listener telling me how much he loved it. I’d like to say I acted like a grownup, but come on! I totally won that argument without even saying anything. Also, this song does rule. Crazy harmonies and guitar plucking.
